About

We treat water in west Broward, and nowhere else

We cover nine cities in west Broward, because which utility serves which street changes what a house needs.

Why the service area is small on purpose

Nine cities is few enough to know well. Weston is split between the Indian Trace Development District and the City of Sunrise. The City of Parkland does not supply water, and says so on its own website. Most of Southwest Ranches has no utility water at all, and a softener installed there without iron removal first will foul its resin within months.

Those facts change what belongs in your house.

We test before we quote

Softener sizing is arithmetic: grains per gallon multiplied by household demand. Without a reading it's a guess, and a guessed softener either regenerates constantly and burns salt, or channels through the middle of the resin bed and stops softening. Both look like equipment failure and both start with skipping the measurement.

On a private well it's worse to guess, because there's no utility report to fall back on. Nobody has tested that water but you.

Sometimes the answer is no

Not every house needs a system. If the readings come back reasonable and nothing's out of line, we'll say so and leave. That's a better outcome than selling equipment that doesn't earn its place in somebody's garage.

Better water shows up in small ways first: glasses that dry clear, soap that lathers, a kettle without a crust in the bottom.

What we install

Whole-house catalytic carbon filtration, water softeners, under-sink reverse osmosis, and multi-stage well systems covering sediment, iron and sulfur removal, softening and UV. Plus the free water test that decides which of those you need.
